PDataCare Consultancy Pte Ltd was formed in October 2014 by a group of professionals and training specialists who saw the needs and opportunities to provide systematic, proper, in-depth training, coaching and mentoring of staff and management on the statutory duties and obligations imposed by the newly enacted Personal Data Protection Act (‘PDPA’). Together, they have a significant and wide ranging impact on the way business organizations can use, collect and disclose personal data of individuals in Singapore. ■
Our People 

Our team consists of accredited, certified trainers and lawyers who are well versed in training methodologies and are subject experts in personal data care and protection. A number of our team members have registered with the Personal Data Protection Commission (‘PDPC’) when they attended the Commission's trainers’ course in March 2014 for the conduct of its designed course entitled ‘Personal Data Protection Act for Non Legally Qualified Persons’.
